Pricing, methods and site practices in short
What does diamond drilling cost?
The minimum charge is €130 per site and site setup is €50 per day. By the hour, a worker is €36/h and a machine €38/h. Per-hole prices depend on the diameter and wall thickness and are listed on the pricing page. All prices exclude VAT (0%).
How large holes can you drill in concrete?
We core drill holes of Ø 10–600 mm in concrete, stone and brick. Typical work includes ventilation openings, pipe and cable penetrations, and anchor bolt holes.
Can you saw on a site that is still in use?
Yes. Water collection and dust control are part of the job, so the rest of the site stays usable while we cut. Diamond sawing also produces far less vibration than breaking.
Do you cut reinforced concrete and load-bearing structures?
Yes. We survey the structure first, pick the blade and method to match it, and cut to the line. For large structures we use wire sawing.
How fast do I get a quote?

Can I hire extra site workforce by the hour?
Yes. We supply workers at €36/h for material handling, breaking, cleanup and other separately agreed tasks.
Is waste removal and cleanup included?
Demolition work includes proper waste handling and site cleanup. The scope is agreed when quoting, based on the site.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
We do. Evening, night and over-8-hour work carries a +30% surcharge. Agree the schedule when requesting a quote.
